Costume
Variable. Some characters could have quite elaborate outfits (as befits supervillains), but others will be simpler. Costuming options range from 1920s street clothes, to formal wear, to potentially quite elaborate steampunk outfits.
Background
It is 1929, the very height of mad science and derring-do. A mysterious figure has invited a number of the most diabolical and dastardly dark deed doers to his private airship, the Bismarck, where the auction of the century is about to be held.
Also aboard the airship is the mighty Iron Horse, the greatest Champion of Justice in the world...and the host’s captive.
