The Soap Opera larp is a lighthearted freeform game that delights in the melodramatic conventions that make soap operas so entertaining.
The freeform soap opera was written to be a game that needed little preparation and could be played over and over without repeating itself. It is a soap opera, and is thus inspired by the TV-format. Less common at the time this game was written, the gamemaster is replaced by an process that guides collaborative scenario creation.
